Information about joining the 38th Batavierenrace?
The subscription for the 38th Batavierenrace has already ended, but there are a few wildcards available for international teams. So if you missed the deadline of the official registration period but still want to sign up a team, please contact the organization for more information.
The entry procedure for international teams has no drawing of lots. The available places are granted by order of entry. All registered teams receive further information in January.
After the first payment of €240,-, your teams subscription is definite and can not be made undone.
The second payment has to be done before april 1th 2010. The amount of this payment is dependent of your choices on bustickets, sleeping tickets etc. When you choose the full package, the second payment will be ± €675.- (which will make a total of ± €37.- per person).
This will guarantee you the following objects for the whole team:
- sleeping tickets for the day before (Nijmegen) and after the race (Enschede)
- dining tickets after the race (saturday in Enschede)
- bustickets for travelling during the race
- the use of a bicycle during the race
What's included in the entry fee?
The entry fee of this years race is € 240 per team (excluding a security deposit of € 70).
If you arrive on Thursday, the organizing committee will arrange the following for you:

- Participation in the Batavierenrace
- A party on Thursday evening
- Day filling international program on Friday
- Breakfast on Saturday morning
- Packed lunch for the race
- The Batavierenparty on Saturday evening
- A host(ess) (optional)
